Governing law and jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of
India and any legal discrepancy or disputes will be heard or proceed in the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Indian courts at Dhanbad, (Jharkhand) India.
Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only
Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website/app is presented solely for the purpose of
sale in India. We make no representation that materials in the website/app are appropriate or
available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this
site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and we are not
responsible for the supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries
other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute, controversy or claim (referred to as ‘dispute’ from here on) arises between you
and Zazzytech LLP, it will be resolved mutually by engaging in a good faith negotiation to
resolve the dispute.
In case the dispute is not settled within fifteen (15) days of such good faith negotiation, it will be
referred to arbitration.
When the dispute is referred for arbitration:
A sole arbitrator will be appointed by the parties with mutual consent. If there is a difference and
lack of consensus on the nomination of a sole arbitrator, then each party will nominate its own
arbitrator. The nominated arbitrators will then nominate a third arbitrator by mutual consent to
form a three-member arbitral tribunal.
The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the International Arbitration Act, 1974 and
rules. The arbitration will take place at Dhanbad, Jharkhand and English & Hindi will be used as
the language of arbitration. The award of arbitrator will be binding upon both parties. Both
parties will bear the cost of the arbitration equally.

Zazzytech LLP, Zdigi, Z Digital are our trademarks and service mark. All other trademarks,
product names, and company names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their
respective owners.
Your Account
You agree that any use on the site is at your own risk and Zazzytech LLP is not responsible for
it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for
restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account or password.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Zazzytech LLP are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means
that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier

error-free. If a product offered by Zazzytech LLP itself is not as described, your sole remedy is

displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself,
suggested /offered by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard
industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.
The Selling Price/ Zazzytech LLP price/MRP/MOP/List Price is a comparative price estimate
and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain
items that are offered as a set/pack/combo/arrangement, the Selling Price/List Price/ Zazzytech
LLP price may represent "offer/deal" prices, which mean the aggregate of the manufacturers
estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the
set/pack/combo/arrangement. The final price that will be applicable to a user for purchase and
payment will be as per the price that is displayed in the shopping cart of the customer which can
be inclusive or exclusive of any other charges in terms of the usage of the website. The price
here is only for online purchase and not for offline purchase.
Payment and Billing
You must select a payment method to pay us for any purchases you make from us. Every time
you use the service, you reaffirm that

non-refundable.
You must notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 5 days after they first
appear on the statement you receive from your bank or Credit Card Company.
If you do not bring such problems or discrepancies to our attention within 5 days, you agree that
you waive the right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
In case of Order cancellation, the mode of payment will be done by transferring through NEFT
or by giving cheque within 14 working days. (i.e. we can't offer your payment as cash )
Credit Card Use
In a credit/debit card transaction you must use your own credit/debit card. Zazzytech LLP will
not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudently will be on the user
and the onus to “prove otherwise” will be exclusively on the user Zazzytech LLP. You further
agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Zazzytech LLP.
Zazzytech LLP reserves the right to cancel any order placed using credit card which holds
International billing address.
Cash On Delivery Orders
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than online
payment (by Credit/Debit card). At the time of delivery, you need to pay the cash before the
package is handed over. When you choose C-o-D as a method of payment, it is mandatory for
you to provide a landline number/mobile. Customers will receive a confirmatory call by
customer care on the landline/mobile number provided. COD order will be processed only after
the customer has confirmed the order on this call by Customer Care.
Zazzytech LLP will make three attempts to establish contact with you on the landline/mobile
number provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of failure of confirmation of
order after 3 attempts, the order will be canceled and email notifying cancellation will be sent to
the customer. Order will not be processed till successfully confirmed C-o-D facility is available
in selected cities customers only.
DOA Policy
Please check the DOA policy days with the product manufacturer, as it varies from product to
product and from manufacturer to manufacturer.
it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring
the unit to the authorized service center at purchaser's cost and risk.
Accidental Warranty / Insurance Scheme
All types of warranty, guarantee, insurance, protection are provided directly by
manufacture/finance/insurance Company. Any type of dispute rises then customers have to
directly approach the manufacturer/insurance/finance company. Zazzytech LLP will not be liable
for any type of loss.
Finance Scheme
All finance schemes are provided by finance companies and not by Zazzytech LLP. If any
dispute rises then customers have to directly approach the finance company. Zazzytech LLP will
not be liable for any type of loss.
Zero Down Payment
Finance companies provide Zero Down Payment Scheme , however you are required to pay
processing fee, interest, transaction charge, membership charge (if any) at the time of purchase
of the product.
Zero percent Interest
Finance companies provide Zero percent interest Scheme , however you are required to pay
processing fee, transaction charge, membership charge (if any) at the time of purchase of the
product.
Warranty
Mobile handsets & chargers are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufactures
agents defect in material & workmanship. Zazzytech LLP is not giving the warranty and does not
hold out any warranty on products sold.
Zazzytech LLP will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory
products any such defective or deficient goods has to be repaired only by authorized service
centre of the equipment manufacturer.
Cancellation of Order
Zazzytech LLP reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under
situation where Zazzytech LLP is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order
so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Zazzytech LLP policy or for any other reason.
However, Zazzytech LLP will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so
cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund
will be made in reasonable time.
If users/customers are not responding to our calls, emails or via any communication within the 8
days from date of purchased then Zazzytech LLP has to right to cancel any order without any
explanation.
Also if your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will
be credited back in your Card Account/Net banking account.
Return & Exchange
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged /
defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the
product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product,
please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the
same at our Customer Service number 1800-890-9181) or Email (info@zdigi.in).
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the
product.
Conditions for return:
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of
delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the accessories, IMEI stickers,
in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is
no further damage of goods in transit.
To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice copy.
Refunds:
No cash refund will be provided. Product can be exchanged if there is any genuine problem.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products are replaced only if they are not opened and are still in their original packaging. If you
need to exchange your product for the same item, then send us an email at info@zdigi.in and you
can send your product to Zazzytech LLP, 2nd floor, Lohani Niwas, Bank More, Dhanbad, Jharkhand –
826001, India. or you can visit the nearby store from where your product has been purchased.
Only unused and boxed handsets are eligible for exchange in case of incorrect delivery or
logistics error.
Shipping Policy
Zazzytech LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities
and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities
within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed
at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer
as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
Zazzytech LLP is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due
to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as
per Indian Tax Regulations.
Pay at store option available.
Estimated time of delivery 3-4 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order
and acceptance.
Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers. Most of the items are shipped within 24-48
working hours after the payment is cleared. Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays
and working days. No delivery during weekends, holidays and after office hours.
Zazzytech LLP has rights to cancel an order under any circumstance. Shipping information will
be provided on request only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
PRIZES
Subject to fulfillment of these T&Cs, the above "Prizes" will be awarded, under this Contest, to
such number of winners as provided in the table above.
Any graphics of the Prize, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are for
representation purposes only. The actual Prize may differ in color and appearance. There are no
cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond
Zazzytech LLP control, Zazzytech LLP may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or
greater value at Zazzytech LLP sole discretion. If you win a Prize, you may not transfer, assign,
or redeem the Prize for cash.
Subject to the winner claiming the Prize within the given time period. A winner will be eligible
to claim only 1 (one) Prize on which the pointer of the spin wheel stopped.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that
satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined .
PRIZE DRAWING
Zazzytech LLP will notify the participants, eligible to claim the Prize, by e-mail / SMS following
the "Notification Date". By agreeing to participate and enter into this Contest, you agree that you
have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License /
Voter ID / Indian passport and you may be required to share the said documents with Zazzytech
LLP as and when requested. You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Prize if you do not
meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, if selected and eligible,
you will need to claim the Prize within 7 days from the Notification Date, failing which, you will
deem to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by
Zazzytech LLP, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide
requisite details. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Zazzytech LLP reserves the right to communicate with Users regarding this site/app and the
user's use of this site or any product or service purchased by the user on this site.
